How to Check Whether Your License Is Perpetual or Subscription

Acronis products can be sold as perpetual (or one-time purchase) licenses or subscriptions.

Perpetual licenses are unlimited in time, subscriptions are time-limited. Depending on the product, feature set and support options may vary for each license type. Acronis Cloud Storage is always subscription-based.

If you are not sure which license type you have, you can always check it in your account on Acronis website.

1. Log in to your Acronis account.
2. In Products, locate the product in question.
3. Check license type in the upper right corner:
   
   • a perpetual license is marked as Perpetual license:
     
   • a subscription license is marked as Subscription license and has an expiration date which will be displayed:
