- You have OS X Yosemite or OS X Mavericks.
- Safari is the default browser on your Mac.
- From Acronis True Image, you want to open Family Dashboard.
- You receive the error:
We are currently experiencing a disruption in this service.![]()

As workaround, please log in to https://trueimage.acronis.com using any browser other than Safari.
