- You try to log in at http://www.acronis-upgrade.de
- Your credentials are not accepted.
Cause
You are using your Acronis credentials, but http://www.acronis-upgrade.de/ is a website of EDV Buchversand, Buchversand credentials are required.
Solution
Use your Buchversand credentials or create an account, if you do not have one yet.
