Symptoms
You provide credentials for your Acronis account.
The credentials are not accepted, and you see this error message:
Wrong username or password.
Solution
- Make sure, CapsLock is off.
- Make sure, the correct language is selected on your computer.
- Open https://account.acronis.com/ and log in to your account on this page. If your credentials are not accepted, follow the on-screen instruction. Othewise, please report your problem at Acronis Forum.
